Hi, I'm Steven.

Turning complex creative
puzzles into moving stories.

I grew up between prairies and pine forests, mountains in every direction—and an imagination that never really shut off. Teachers called it daydreaming. I called it research: cardboard spaceships, remote controls taken apart just to see what was inside.

Either way, the curiosity stuck. These days the projects look different, but the spark's the same. I still love figuring things out—mixing structured thinking with a little out-of-the-box creativity to get good ideas built.

Work History

The design landscape moves fast, and that's the part I love most. I'm always learning—whether that's advanced Cinema 4D techniques, UI/UX certifications, or just keeping a pulse on where the industry's headed. I'd rather find smarter, faster workflows than stick with "how it's always been done." Lately, that curiosity has me deep in motion design and AI—experimenting with tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, and n8n to speed up production and ease prototyping. But my rule stays constant: technology serves the story, never replaces it. AI doesn't cut corners; it frees up time for art direction, strategy, and the artistic soul of the work.

Lately, that means diving head first into the intersection of motion design and emerging AI. I love experimenting with platforms like Midjourney, RunwayML, and Google AI Studio—or setting up workflow automation through n8n—to see how we can supercharge production timelines and take the friction out of rapid prototyping. But I keep a strict rule at the center of my philosophy: technology should always serve the story, never replace it. For me, integrating AI into a production ecosystem isn't about cutting corners; it's about freeing up our hands so we can spend more time focusing on high-level art direction, deep strategy, and preserving the true artistic soul of the final piece.

Always Learning,
Always Adaptpting.
